102.3 BXR has a promotion called Feed Your Hero, which lets you nominate someone you admire whom you think is deserving of a free dinner. Here are the instructions from the website: E-mail Spencer at 1023BXR@gmail.com and tell him in 100 words or less why someone you know deserves a dinner for two. Nominate a friend, family member or co-worker who has done something good for our community. Every Friday at noon, Spencer will announce the winner during Lunch Online and give them a $50 gift certificate to Sophia's or Addison's.
