IHOP in Columbia not participating

Kids eat free at IHOP from 4:00-10:00 p.m. everyday. Get a free item off the "Just for Kids" menu with the purchase of an adult entree. Drinks not included. Limited time promotion only but no dates given. See the website for more details.

Apparently, the Columbia IHOP isn't participating in this promotion! Their website didn't say anything about limited participation... Too bad!
