I knew there was a burger challenge at the recently opened Stadium Grill (next to Hampton Inn & Suites, across the University Hospital) but I did not know the details until today. If you have a big appetite for burgers and fries, this might be right up your alley. It's called the Tiger Challenge Burger. The platter costs $74.99 for 6-1/2 lb of burger and 2 lb of fries. The Challenge: Finish the burger and fries within one hour! The Prize: You won't have to pay for the platter. Plus, you get a $50 gift card every month for a year and the restaurant will name the burger after you. There will only be one winner!
So far, no one has succeeded and I am not sure it is humanly possible, but that doesn't mean you can't try... Definitely not for the faint of heart (or those with heart disease)!

ReplyDeleteyou care about management because they are the ones who will comp your food after your server screws up your order, which they will. they'll also need to comp your drinks when they take 15 minutes to arrive, which they will. you'll also want to talk to the management when you get the bill and you're charged for food that you didn't order or recieve, which will happen. this place sucks.

ReplyDeleteman who ever talkin' bout how bad the managers are..can go for a long walk on a short bridge...ahaha...u probably worked there but got fired,but instead of blaming urself for poor work ethic an ur ..u want to blame managment..personally i think stadium grill is in the runnin' for best sports bar in columbia...not many other sports bar sell out an theres not even a game on..ahahaa...its great!!!!
