Inside Columbia 50% off dining gift certificates

Inside Columbia just released the first edition of their e-newletter, CoMoEats.  In it, they advertise their 50% off dining gift certificates which will be available on Friday, 11/20, from 7:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Quantities are limited.  Here is the list of participating restaurants and the promotion restrictions:
